Joining us all the way from his school (le Doux Collage), Barcelona, Spain - here is little about Marc:
Through pastry and cake making I use chocolate and fondant in order to develop my creativity and the creation of artistic sculptures. All the materials that I use are edible. My greatest passion is creating sculptures that emotion the audience with pastry elements.
Ever since I was a child, my first challenges were simple cake and cupcake recipes for events and parties. I have been able to train myself as a cake designer with great professionals, such as Antonella di Maria and Verusca Walker. From them I learnt to develop creativity in the cake and pastry world.
All supplies and tools provided for use in class. A light lunch will be provided and a snack later in the day. Tim Horton's and McDonald's both in walking distance.
All payments put towards classes are non-refundable and can not be transferred to any other classes. Remaining balances must paid at least 30 days in advance of the first day of class.
Any payment made on a class is considered your agreement to class policies and your commitment to the class. Balances will be required to be paid in full regardless of completion of class or class attendance.
