Do you love pie (of course you do!), but the thought of making one terrifies you?  Do you struggle with getting your pastry just right?  There is one common mistake people make, and it’s the opposite of what everyone thinks they're supposed to do when blending pastry. 
Join Susan as she de-mystifies the secret to a perfect, flakey crust.  Make a sweet and tart apple filling and top it off with a gorgeous braided lattice top and edging, all in 3 hours.  Students will all leave with a beautiful artisan pie to bake at home, and the pie plate is yours to keep!
 
All supplies and tools provided for use in class.   Please bring an apron and pencil and paper if you would like to take notes.

Rates are $110 for a premium room, $130 for a one bedroom suite, and $125 for business class. (All plus taxes and based on single or double occupancy.)

They are offering a free shuttle (which must be booked and is first come first serve). It runs 6:30am - 8:30am and 4:30pm - 6:30pm
