Saturday June 3rd 9am - 5pm 
Instructor Chrissie Boon 
Spend the day with Chrissie creating a twist on the trendy unicorn cake.  We'll take our adorable two tier creation a step further by adding felt inspired fondant flowers and glittery antlers. 
Our two tier cake will be constructed on real cake so that you have a yummy treat to share when you get home. We'll learn how to ice and stack using smooth swiss meringue buttercream.   
We hope you'll join us! 
 
All supplies and tools provided for use in class.   Lunch provided. Please bring an apron and pencil and paper if you would like to take notes.

If you are looking for accommodations our hotel of choice is The Radisson KW.

Rates are $110 for a premium room, $130 for a one bedroom suite, and $125 for business class. (All plus taxes and based on single or double occupancy.)

They are offering a free shuttle (which must be booked and is first come first serve). It runs 6:30am - 8:30am and 4:30pm - 6:30pm
