In recent years 3D sculpted pieces have become popular in the cake design industry.  Designing and creating one of these pieces can be a real challenge, but with the proper knowledge of learning not just how to build one but also, how to bring it to life with unique and amazing details the possibilities are endless. This stunning piece will take the students on an incredible journey full of tricks and techniques.    

With this two days workshop students will be able to learn how to build strong and stable structure support systems to create amazing 3D sculpted pieces.  Also, they will learn not only how to properly fill and sculpt cakes but also, how to work with different mediums such as fondant, modelling chocolate, powder and gel colors. A variety of special techniques will also be included as part of the workshop.  Techniques used by the very own Chef Benny Rivera.  At the end of the workshop students will take home their very own edible piece of art!


All supplies and tools provided for use in class. Lunch provided each day.

Rates are $110 for a premium room, $130 for a one bedroom suite, and $125 for business class. (All plus taxes and based on single or double occupancy.)
