Registration is now open for our return to in person classes! 

Make this adorable unicorn cake with me!   Students will use real cake to take home and enjoy.   We'll learn how to properly buttercream a cake, including adding multiple colours and textures to the outside of the cake.  Including working on tall tiers.  Basic hand modelling without a mold to create the face and details.   We'll make and talk about balancing a number or initial topper.   

Class may run short or long depending on the collective skill level and flow of the class.   


Location: 374 Hamilton Road New Hamburg ON.  (Small plaza beside Tim Horton's)

No need to bring anything! Just show up and learn. 

 All supplies and tools provided for use in class.
