Our SuperiOil products are oil based food colorings available in 30ml containers. They are excellent at achieving the same vibrant and vivid colors in high fat or oil content baking materials as our gels do in easier-to-color ingredients.
Such as: Chocolate, Butter, Fondant, Cream, Ganache, etc.
Shake well before use.
Be careful to only use metal tools when baking with SuperiOil colorings as they are hard to wash off of other materials (such as plastic, wood or fabric)!
Ingredients: sunflower oil, colour (brilliant blue FCF E133)
Average expiry date: 3 years from production.
Color material content: 25 %.
Storage: protected from light.
*May have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.
Use as food additive.
Maximum usable dose:
- In case of filling: 1,2 g/kg
- In case of decoration, coating: 4,8 g/kg
