the UlitMat XL is a whopping 19"x19" so there is plenty of your for all your baking projects!
And to top that, it's super easy to clean, just a soapy wash and good rinse in the sink and you are ready to go again or simply roll it up and toss it into a drawer, it is so flexible it doesn't bend or get distorted!
However if you are like me you will find that its so hand you leave one out on the counter all the time!
