Only 75 tickets will be sold. That’s less than an 11 to 1 student to instructor ratio. Once the spots are sold out - they’re sold out. No additional spots will be added.

It's back!! The return you've been eagerly awaiting! The opportunity to learn from some of the world's most talented cake artists all under one roof.
Instructors and projects will be announced March 2025. At this time you will have 7 days to decide if you would like to commit to the class, or cancel your spot. A $200 gift card will be issued to you if you would like to cancel your spot.
Registrations after October 4th, 2024 may see a price increase once instructors are confirmed and projects are announced. This price will be confirmed at the time of the instructor/project annoucement.
All supplies and fully catered lunches are included. Most tools will be supplied in class to be used. (small list of tools required to be brought will be emailed after registration).
At Icing Inspirations we strive to see our students leave every class with projects they can be proud of! And Cake Carnival will be no different! Each instructor will be bringing their wealth of knowledge with them and teaching you so many skills!
Payment plans are available in 1/3, 1/2 or 1/6 payments. To pay in 1/6 payments please email info@icinginspirations.ca to receive a payment plan form. Once instructors and projects will be announced you will be asked to complete your payment plan schedule.
Students will receive an Icing Inspirations swag bag. As well as a limited edition Cake Carnival 2026 signature apron!

A small supply list will be provided to each student closer to the date. These are minimal items... ones that you should already have. IE... rolling pin, turn table. The rest of the supplies will be taken care of by us and lunch will be provided each day.

ALL STUDENTS ARE REQUIRED TO PAY HST. IF YOU ARE REGISTERING FROM WITHIN ONTARIO YOUR HST IS AUTOMATICALLY ADDED. IF YOU ARE REGISTERING FROM OUTSIDE OF ONTARIO YOUR FINAL PAYMENT WILL REFLECT 13% HST AS WELL.
