International Shipping & Import Fees Notice

Please note that we are a Canadian-based company and do not control any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may be applied to orders shipped outside of Canada, including to the United States.

All international customers are responsible for any additional fees that may be charged upon delivery. These charges vary by country and are determined by local customs authorities.

By placing an international order, you acknowledge and accept that:

• You assume all responsibility for any applicable import taxes or customs duties.

• If you choose to refuse the package due to these fees, and the shipment is returned to us, your refund will be processed minus:

  • The original cost of shipping the item to you (even if you received free shipping),

  • Any return shipping charges we incur,

  • And any other associated fees related to the return.

We recommend checking with your country’s customs office prior to placing an order to avoid any unexpected charges.
